Hey Young World,
I have some great advice for you on this one. I just want to start this post by saying this, "I'm tired of living day-to-day like every thing's alright...", I'm just waiting on my moment, and if you feel the same you will LOVE this post.
So, I have been working hard to get "Discovered" by industry officials and A&R's. Check out my new website I just launched for myself! While waiting for my moment however, I constantly increase my content on the Internet, and on the streets. In my last post I talked about "The Blueprint To The Music Industry", but I didn't go into much detail about what the DVD offers, leaving it to the reader to see for themselves. On this post I want to briefly touch on one of the tips offered in the DVD, and then give an example using myself, Dan F. Man.
ENJOY

While waiting for my moment however, I constantly increase my content on the Internet, and on the streets. In my last post I talked about "The Blueprint To The Music Industry", but I didn't go into much detail about what the DVD offers, leaving it to the reader to see for themselves. On this post I want to briefly touch on one of the tips offered in the DVD, and then give an example using myself, Dan F. Man.
HERE WE GO
The main topic that was spoken about on "The Blueprint To The Music Industry" was these simple two words "Online Presence". Gregory Lamar, producer of "The Blueprint To The Music Industry", speaks highly about being able to "Google an artist"(This is what you find when you search Dan F. Man). This makes it easier for major labels to invest in a individual artist because they are already available to the entire world online.
Its simple! All an artist has to do is become popular online and their bound to get call on their personal lines about meetings with top industry brass. WRONG!!! Sure, your video could go viral, and even receive National attention, but you don't want to be a one hit wonder. So you better plan ahead for once your foot is in the door, on how to get your entire personality into the mainstream.
ARE YOU READY?
I told you I would give you an example of what type of success you should be trying to gain when trying to "Take Off". So I'm a Hip-Hop artist and to compete I have to stay on the latest trends. Over the past 5 years or so I have produced 11 Mixtape's (click the link to listen) that feature myself and a wide cast of "Underground" artist. But, for my latest project I have decided to go farther than I have ever gone, and here is what I have done.
Using the Adobe After Effects Program my team, and I have created 3 new lyric videos for singles from our new Mixtape "The Wonder Twins" (follow the link for a trailer of the mix tape). The final video, to be posted later this evening, is still in its final stages, but follow the link to the video Bandz, created by my brother Laylow Brown.
I I created this entire video from scratch, teaching myself some new skills along the way, and this is a great example of the type of quality work described in "The Blueprint To The Music Industry" that will help you gain a record deal.
So, after all this talk here is a SPECIAL TREAT for my audience, and maybe you could help me and my team GO VIRAL BY RATING, COMMENTING, AND SHARING THIS VIDEO WITH YOUR FRIENDS! SEE FOR YOURSELF!!
ENJOY
